This artisanal leather working technique, "intrecciato" in Italian, has been used in this range of watch bands which are made exclusively from natural vegetable tanned Italian leathers. The result is a beautiful watch band that showcases its Italian heritage in both the leather tanning and fine craftsmanship used. Cut from individually selected hides, split, woven and bonded together once again to create a cut edge construction band from a single thickness of leather. The natural qualities of this leather means there will be variations throughout the surface of the leather, there may also be a variation between the photographs shown here and what you receive, these are not imperfections, these are the characteristics of Real Leather and the unique patterns created by nature which only go to enhance the band's unique and individual look. The band is straight cut with a buff edge so the layers of leather are visible from a side view and is a consistent 4mm thick through its length and breadth.The buckle side is 80mm long and 24mm wide; the adjustment side is 125 mm long, has 6 round punch holes each 4mm in diameter and is also 24mm wide..The band is hand stitched using a subtle match colour saddle stitch.
